CCDC Signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Credit Information Sharing with the State Information Center



On October 31, 2017, CCDC signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Credit Information Sharing with the State Information Center in Beijing. Chen Hongwan, Deputy Director of NDRC Department of Fiscal and Financial Affairs, Zhou Min, Deputy Director of the State Information Center, Shui Ruqing, Chairman of CCDC, Chen Gangming, President of CCDC and Bai Weiqun, Supervisor of CCDC attended the signing ceremony.


Accelerating the construction of social credit system is an important policy decision by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, which is of great significance to enhance the social awareness of integrity, create a good credit environment and improve the overall competitiveness of the country. As the governing body of the credit system construction, the NDRC directed the establishment of “Credit China” website by National Information Center, which has become an authoritative window of praising integrity and punishing dishonesty. Since its establishment in 2015, the website has published more than 100 million credit information of various types.


Under this memorandum of cooperation, the National Information Center, based on the “credit China” website, will share credit information with CCDC, and the two parties will jointly promote the credit system construction of bond markets and industrial funds. This is one of the critical parts of the social credit system construction, which will help accelerate the application of joint disciplinary measures in bond markets and industrial funds, effectively encourage and the behaviors of integrity, punish the dishonesty, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of bond markets and industry funds.
